Working as a team is important, whether it’s between you and your trainer or your trainer with other health professionals, Holly will facilitate this coordination to make sure that you reach your goal efficiently and safely. health issues need to be addressed, enabling your body to be optimized, making toning and shaping much easier. My team approach and thoroughness has proven to be extremely successful to help my clients reach their goals.

Customization –

Nutrition and fitness training programs are customized and are based on your goals, your level of experience and fitness, your needs, and your lifestyle.

Unique Philosophy -

Being a Chinese Medicine Practitioner, I integrate the mind, body, and  emotion into all of my programs. This process is vital in order to unlock your true potential allowing you to completely take charge of your life. I know how important your goals are and will help you reach them by designing safe and efficient progressive programs for you. During your workouts I will guide you by the hand through the entire process enhancing your comfort level, your confidence and your self esteem. You will be given the support and motivation mentally, physically and emotionally which will help you reach your goal in a more positive and permanent way.

Teaching and Education –

I will show you EXACTLY how to do every exercise “safely and correctly” you won't be one of the countless people wasting their time using ineffective and dangerous exercise form. You will be taught how to change your body from the inside out so that you can maintain your new self for the rest of your life. I focus on Nutrition, teaching you what to eat, cook, and outline important aspects of eating healthy such as grocery shopping to eating out.
