Group Fitness

From core work to resistance training to high-intensity intervals, these carefully designed, comprehensive workouts build endurance and target every major muscle group while defining your body from head to toe.
Boot Camps
It’s hard. It’s demanding. But most of all it’s fun. Using supportive and motivational routines, Holly Mitchell expert certified personal trainer, Acupuncturist and nutritionist.
Will lead and inspire you through a intense and demanding four-week outdoor fitness program. While under close supervision, you will be lead through a demanding yet supportive professional workout stressing proper form, technique, and safety. Not only will your health and fitness come first. But your mental attitude will be addressed as well. My boot camps are emphasized in taking time to watch and listen to your needs and concerns along with your individual goals. I am always happy to modify your workouts so that any pre-existing injuries don’t prevent you from attaining your goals that you have envisioned for yourself.
